When you're a newlywed, you...Such a great post. When you're a newlywed, you learn things the hard way! After four years (still new comparitively), we're still learning. I've made myself a "girly" space where I can have my teacups and rose boxes and all that. This space is my hutch dresser in the kitchen. Everywhere else I try to make it more to both our tastes. I just made a "girly" pillow for our bed and Hubby said, "Lovehearts!" It's MY home to take care of; after all, I AM the homemaker. But I so quickly forget that while my responsibilities lie at home, I'm not the only person living here.
